I previously had an amazing experience here. But NOT today. I came on after work just wanting a pedicure. They got me in the chair fairly quickly. As the lady started to take off my old polish she told me it was going to be $5 just to take off my existing polish. Which I had never heard of since I am paying for a new service. I asked her about it and she said yea they charge for that. Then it came time to trim my cuticles. It was going good until she cut me and I started bleeding. Still in pain after leaving. They still made me pay $10 for her taking off my old polish and for her to cut my cuticles to the point I bled. I am never going back here!! AT ALL...and I HAVE PICS TO PROVE HER NEGLIGENCE 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

This barbershop gives outstanding service to their customers. It’s is very clean and sanitary. All the stylists and barbers are cordial and helpful. They are all very well trained and highly skilled professionals.

Being new to the area I found Q and I have been impressed not only by the low prices, but also the variety of product. The owner has been VERY helpful whenever I go there. Bottom line: Q Beauty is the best beauty supply store in the CSB area - no doubt.
